# Open Space \#19: Mohammad Alfaraj – I'd rather be a dragonfly than a lion

Mohammad Alfaraj, a Saudi artist born in 1993 who lives in the Al Ahsa oasis, has his first solo show in a French institution in Gallery 8. It presents new stop-motion animated videos of fables he writes and performs, set within an installation of objects, photographs and drawings. Entry is with a ticket for the Gustave Fayet exhibition.

First solo show in a French institution by Saudi artist Mohammad Alfaraj (born 1993), who lives in the Al Ahsa oasis: new stop-motion animated videos telling poetic fables he writes and performs himself, within an installation of objects, photographs and drawings.
