EMERGE – New Asian Narratives, presented by Nathan Yong Design, brings together eleven designers from Southeast Asia with limited-edition works on material, tradition and contemporary design. Open to the public from Wed 2 Dec at 13:00; 1 Dec and the morning of 2 Dec are invitation-only previews.

Achille Salvagni Atelier shows a special project at Design Miami, part of Miami Art Week. The work looks at what lies beneath the surfaces of objects, using wood clad in parchment, an ancient artisanal technique. This is Miami-based painter Diego Singh's first solo museum exhibition, held at ICA Miami in the Design District. Three ground-floor galleries are arranged by colour: blue, red and bright yellow. Works from the past fifteen years hang alongside new large-scale canvases.
