Inaugural exhibition of the Maison Pompidou, next to the closed Centre Pompidou, retracing the 1971–1977 controversies over the building's colour palette – it was nearly gold and blue, brown or all yellow – between President Pompidou, architects Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers, curators and artists.
