LOCATION:Rotisserie de la Paix\, 68 Rue Yougoslavie\, Guéliz\, Marrakech
DESCRIPTION:Please note that this event is takes place 5th\, 6th\, 7th\, an
 d 8th February.\n\nHUSH HUSH presents a niche\, site-specific edition conc
eived for Marrakech Art Fair\, unfolding over four days (Thursday to Sunda
 y) at Rotisserie de la Paix\, a long-standing local institution embedded i
 n the city’s social life.\n\nThis edition brings together a 100% local l
ineup of artists from different backgrounds\, whose work is rooted locally
while circulating internationally. The program favors intention and depth
over scale\, creating space for contemporary sound to be experienced with
focus.\nThe opening night\, Thursday\, is dedicated to artists exploring
Raï and North African musical forms\, approached through digging\, perfor
 mance\, and electronic reinterpretation. Friday features a 100% female-led
program\, highlighting artists who are actively redefining the local\nele
ctronic and alternative music landscape. Saturday and Sunday continue with
carefully curated sets that reflect the diversity and ongoing evolution o
f Morocco’s underground sound practices.\nSound is treated as a central
material of the project. The edition is powered by a Funktion-One sound sy
stem\, sponsored and produced by Swell Solutions\, offering a precise and
immersive listening environment.\nTaking place within a venue shaped by ev
eryday ritual and collective memory\, this HUSH HUSH edition prioritizes l
istening over spectacle. Gathering becomes a deliberate cultural act\, all
owing local practices to be encountered as present\, conscious\, and fully
  engaged with their time.\n\nhttps://artweekguide.com/events/hush-hush-a-f
