# François Morellet, traits d'esprit

An exhibition marking a hundred years since François Morellet's birth, set among the museum's permanent collections. Around forty works, three of them monumental, show how he used architectural and public space for geometric abstraction. Organised with the Centre Pompidou and the CNAP; RSVP required.

For the centenary of François Morellet's birth, around forty works – three of them monumental – installed within the permanent collections show how the artist turned architectural and public space into a playground for geometric abstraction. In partnership with the Centre Pompidou and the CNAP.

Part of the Art Basel Paris Public Program, the series draws on the legend of Mary Magdalene's journey to the south of France.
